What you can ask a site.

Anything a camera can see and it is worth knowing where it is. The list below is a sample, not a menu.

01

Life safety

Is the required equipment there, in place, and unobstructed?

  • Fire extinguishers

    Available

Is there an extinguisher on this floor, at the mounting point, and not blocked?

Every extinguisher in the scan, pinned to its position, with the footage that proves it.

  • Exit signs and egress

    Available

Are exit signs present along the escape route, and is the route clear?

Signage mapped along the route as it was actually walked.

  • PPE

    Available

Was the required protective equipment worn or available in this area?

PPE findings tied to the place and moment they were captured.

02

Condition and defects

What is damaged, leaking or missing, and exactly where?

  • Leaks and broken pipework

    Available

Is anything leaking, pooling or visibly broken in the plant room?

Each defect placed in the scene, so the engineer sees it and knows where it is.

  • Corrosion, cracks and damage

    Available

Where has the structure or equipment degraded?

Damage located in 3D and held against the date it was found.

  • Missing components

    Available

Is anything that should be installed here absent?

What is there and where, checked against what should be.

  • Condition grading

    On the roadmap

Not just corrosion, but how bad and does it need action?

Severity and type carried on the finding itself.

03

Assets and inventory

What is installed, displayed or stocked?

  • Posters, signage and branded assets

    Available

Is the current campaign up, in the right place, in every site?

Proof it is in the right spot, not just somewhere on site.

  • Inventory and counts

    Available

How many of these are actually on site?

A count of what the walk saw, deduplicated across frames.

  • Serial numbers and asset tags

    On the roadmap

Read the serial, model and asset tag off every unit in this room.

The read value attached to the located asset, searchable across sites.

04

Across scans

Findings turned into reports, rules and change over time.

  • Cross-visit comparison

    Available

What changed in this space since the last inspection?

Dated scans of the same site, held side by side, with the findings from each.

  • Inspection summaries

    On the roadmap

Give me the report, not the object list.

A written summary of findings per scan or per site.

  • Custom rules and pass/fail

    On the roadmap

Apply our own standard: one extinguisher per 200m², signage every corridor.

Your policy evaluated against the findings, with a pass, a fail and a reason.

PRISM is the engine. The AI plugs into it.

Use ours

We point PRISM at a detector we have already trained. If none of them covers your condition, we train one.

Or bring your own

If your team already has computer vision trained on your domain, PRISM calls it instead.

Swap it whenever

A better detector can be run over scans captured months ago. Your evidence does not expire when the AI improves.

Tell us what you need to check.

Bring the question you are trying to answer about your sites, and we will tell you straight whether PRISM answers it.
